1. mixing 4-piperidinobutyric acid with dimethylformamide (DMF), adding an activating agent (such as 1-(dimethylamino)-4-piperidine sodium) for condensation reaction to obtain N-dimethylformamide hydrochloride.
2. condensation reaction of N-dimethylformamide hydrochloride and 1-butynyl morpholine to obtain the desired product.
3. The product is reacted with Boc-Cl(N,N'-di-tert-butylaminochloromethane) in the presence of a base to give 4-Piperidinebutanoic acid, 1-[(1,1-dimethylethoxy)carbonyl]-b-oxo-,ethyl ester.
